This month guest readers Cork poet Colm Scully and writer Kathleen Thorne. Colm Scully is from Cork where he lives with his wife and three children. His twenty years working in industry as a chemical engineer combine with his interest in history, philosophy and science to provide the back drop to many of his poems. In 2014, Colm received the CĂșirt New Writing Poetry Prize, and was selected for the Poetry Ireland Introductory Series, while he was also commended in the Gregory O’Donoghue Prize.
